Asaf Hamerman

Asaf Hamerman, our Founder and CEO, is a visionary leader with a solid background in real estate law and development. Originally from Israel, Asaf worked as a real estate attorney before moving to New Jersey to pursue real estate development and investment. His legal expertise has been instrumental in navigating complex projects and transactions. Asaf's experience includes development, construction, and investor relations. Known for his dedication to excellence, Asaf consistently exceeds client expectations with his hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every project reflects his commitment to quality and innovation.

Einat Shmuel-Hamerman

Einat is a real estate expert with vast and diverse experiences. She obtained an MBA degree and practiced real estate law as an attorney. Since moving to Hoboken with her family, Einat has been intimately involved in several real estate developments from the planning stages to marketing. She has successfully brought numerous new developments in Jersey City to the market since 2018. Einat credits her success to her strong interpersonal skills and a sharp analytical mind.

Eldad Garami is a highly experienced construction professional with a 18-year track record of successfully managing complex residential and commercial projects, including high-rise buildings and large-scale developments valued up to $100 million. His expertise spans all project phases, from pre-construction planning and budgeting to on-site supervision, quality control, and post-construction closeout. Eldad has a proven ability to manage large teams of subcontractors and laborers, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget, even amidst challenges. His experience includes notable projects in New York City and New Jersey.
